After my final hearing in my case and months and months of preparation, I finally was able to re-
establish my visitation with my children on a consistent basis. It was exceptionally hard work and I

I contacted BS KIDS because I had spent over $ 30,000 on attorney fee’s and didn’t feel as
though I was making any progress in the court room. I felt I could do better myself. At first, I
was skeptical of what BS KIDS could do to assist me, but after our initial consultation and some
suggestions, I felt more confident. The last two requests I made to the court were honored,
although my ex spouse’s attorney and the Guardian Ad Litem both objected to them. Thanks BS

I called BS KIDS as I was representing myself in an upcoming hearing and I was very anxious
about doing that, in addition to the visitation issues that I wanted changed. I was apprehensive
about involving anyone else in this situation, but felt that I needed help. After the first initial
consultation, I felt better, but working with my Advocate and finalizing my Parenting Plan and
Proposed Order, I felt much better. The Probate Mediator told me that I did an excellent job

I called BS KIDS as I was having trouble organizing the information that I needed for my
hearing. I had all of this information, but had no idea how to arrange or present it for the four hour
hearing that was scheduled! I was so overwhelmed that I kept transferring one pile onto the next!
I had no idea how to arrange the information; identify what was important or how to proceed.
Working with my BS KIDS Advocate, we gathered the most pertinent information and arranged it
in a logical, analytical manner and I was able to feel confident that I could tell my story. The

I have been working with my BS KIDS Advocate for a couple of months now organizing my
custody case. I had been running into brick walls in how to gather what information to use at my
upcoming hearing. Working with my BS KIDS Advocate, we determined what information I needed

I called BS KIDS as I was referred to them by a friend of mine. I was representing myself and
needed someone to help me in organizing my information and provide a third party view. BS KIDS

I called BS Kids, as I was involved in a messy divorce and was concerned about my two children
and their future. Father never worked during our marriage, by choice and I was concerned that I
would loose custody and have to pay support and alimony.. As it was, I was working 70 hours a week
and my children were in daycare for 50 hours a week. This was no way to live! After speaking with
my BS Kids Advocate, I was informed of what my rights were; what the laws were and was able to

I called BS Kids as I had procrastinated with my upcoming hearing and was running out of time
to gather and organize my thoughts. I knew that I needed help, but couldn’t afford an attorney.
After my initial consultation with my BS Kids Advocate, I learned what I needed to do and we put
together a strategy for my court appearance. By gathering the facts and looking at my options, I
felt that I had a clear understanding of what the laws were in New Hampshire and how I was going
to be able to present my case to the judge in a factual, non-emotional way. My BS Advocate helped
me in preparing the important information that I needed. My court appearance went very well.

I was served with papers from my ex-husband alleging that there were many issues he was
bringing against me and that there was an upcoming hearing. After the initial panic had dissipated, I
decided to seek help. After spending over $ 10,000 on attorney fees, I didn’t have the initial
retainer my attorney was asking for. I needed to find alternative help, which would be more cost
effective and help me prepare for my upcoming hearing. I learned about BS Kids and contacted
them. After our initial free consultation, I knew that they would be able to help me with the
information that I needed to move forward. After creating our strategy plan, we began to gather
the facts for my present situation. I am going to court in November, but know that I am very well

“I called BS Kids as my son was having difficulties with his grandmother. BS Kids explained my
options to me and help me to understand what my rights were, as his father. My BS Kids Advocate
came up with helpful suggestions and alternatives for me to consider. My Advocate and I put
together a plan of action in what we were going to do, a time frame to accomplish this and who was
responsible for what. As we began working on this issue, my anxiety was more under control and I

I called BS Kids, because I felt lost in my divorce proceedings. I felt like there were things
going on and I had no idea what I was doing. We had already been through mediation and that didn’t
work and my attorney during the hearings just sat there and said nothing! I felt like I needed an
advocate to help me with my pending divorce. I called BS Kids and just started talking and talking
and talking. My Advocate was there to listen and not judge, she allowed for me to explain why I
was so frustrated and offered solutions for my problems. She came to meet with me and gave me
homework assignments! These were forms that made me focus on my current issues and look at

After many times in court, I just felt that something wasn’t working out to my benefit. It didn’t
seem like my lawyer took a single note while we were meeting, which usually ten minutes was
before court. I never felt like my interest were protected or that of my son. I was very
frustrated with the way things were going. I saw the ad for BS Kids and decided to call. I figured
after all the money I spent on attorney fees and still wasn’t happy, what did I have to loose? I can’
t tell you how responsive BS Kids were to my needs! My Advocate helped to explain to me what
