THE GOLD PACKAGE:
This package is for a one year membership at $ 495.00 per year. This includes ten hours of legal
research and information, as well as a monthly newsletter, which explains about current trends in family
laws, changing laws and updates on what’s happening in the Family Court System. You can also e-mail
us with any questions you may have and one of our counselors will get back to you immediately. You will
also be able to participate in our group discussions. The Gold Package affords you more hours of
service from BS Kids at a much lower cost. Each hour after the first ten hours have been used is billed
at $ 65.00 per hour, so you are still receiving a discount for being a member.
You will receive a monthly accounting of your account, as well as the number of hours that you have
used, how many you have left and the current status of your account. If more hours are needed, you will
be told ahead of us billing you for them. This membership package is available for one year, from the
time of sign up and any unused hours will expire on your one year anniversary. This offer can not be
combined with any other special introductory offers from BS Kids and entitles you to become a member
of BS Kids for one year period. If after the first 30 days of becoming a member, you decide that you are
not happy with what BS Kids has to offer you, you may cancel your membership with a $100.00
cancellation fee.
Once your application has been processed, you may begin to utilize our services immediately! We will
begin working on your case, answer any questions that you may have and begin getting you the
information that you need. If we need any additional information from you, based on your membership
form, we will contact you within twenty-four hours.
This offer expires on December 31, 2010. You can not combine offers, as a member, you are entitled
to the specific package you sign up for. You may not apply any other special offers to this membership.
