        LEGISLATIVE SERVICE REQUESTS FOR 2012

The House and Senate have introduced their service requests for the 2012 session. As soon as the bills
have been published, we will link the bill number to the service request. Please review the requests below
and identify for yourselves what you deem important. Remember, public sessions begin after the first of the
year. Seems as though, it's going to be a very busy legislative session. We hope we can count on your

2012-H-2012R    HB 1325     Title: Relative to school attendance by children of

2012-H-2013R HB 1249      Title: Relative to the child protection reporting law. Prime

2012-H-2031-R CACR31      Title: Relative to parental rights. Providing that parents
have the natural right to control the health, education and welfare of their children.
